My first muzzy bull
« on: October 10, 2015, 10:01:22 PM »
Just got back home from elk camp after my first year muzzleloader hunting and was very successful. Long story short, I shot him Thursday morning at 50 yrds and dropped him in his tracks. After quartering him up, and making a meat pole at the kill site to cool the meat. I had him all back to camp before dark by myself. I really had a lot of fun the whole week. I wish there was more talking where I was at, but the end result for my first muzzle season ended pretty well. :chuckle:

Nice bull.  Congrats.  Be trying that before season is over.

Great job.  Can you tell us about the shot placement and bullet performance?
