In the 9 years immediately preceding Cenci's promotion to deputy chief, only one officer resigned. How can Unsworth allow this to continue?Actually, as I was just reminded, it has been 15 officers who have resigned since Cenci has become deputy chief, as WDFW forgot to put Czebotar and Gaston on the list of those who have resigned.9 of those on the list were FWO 1s when they resigned. Any idea if they resigned in-lieu of termination for failing FTO?

UC,Anything new on filling the Chief's job?
Quote from: bigtex on September 19, 2016, 04:52:28 PMUC,Anything new on filling the Chief's job?Nope, as far as I know they haven't even set up interviews yet, which leads me to believe they will just backdoor Anderson (or some other favored son) into the position.
yep, captain in region 5
I agree w/Big Tex. Best Capt. in the state. Under constant attack from management. His complaints went unanswered and seemingly disregarded. Decided it wasn't worth it under the current management structure. He will be a big loss.
