I've been hunting Bonner's ferry for 13 years now.  It can be a tough place to hunt unless you have access to private land.  Fortunately I have family and friends there.  We have been pretty successful.  We always seem to get our deer and usually get at least one real good buck 140 plus type.  We will be there the 19 thru the 25 of November.  I am going over to visit some family next week after I hunt eastern wa this weekend.  Good luck pm me if you have any questions.
