Well if you are fast enough with your vehicle you can still get one out of the Swakane.   Might even get a couple filed photos in before they confiscate it.

Ok, got the scoop on MT.  They sell an over the counter tag, with a set harvest quota. Anyone can hunt until the quota is filled.  NR tag is about $700 then you can DIY or hire a guide.

I think he is talking about the unlimited units. Where anyone can buy a tag and hunt, but you have to call in everyday and you can hunt until the quota is met, which I am sure isn't long.

270, yes that is the way it was explained to me.
Bone, why do you say there is more to it than that, and hint that it is more costly ?  I was told that it is around 700... Is that incorrect ?
I havent gotten to the MT regs page to do more research.
