This thread is a bit old.   

He got another buck in 2016 in the same location with the crossbow but in 2017, luck was on the deer's side with three misses in one day.  He got a bit frustrated and gave up after that.  I told him he should be thrilled as most WA deer hunters would be happy to have one shot opportunity on a buck in a season, let alone three in one day. There's always next year.

A guy I went to high school with had family property on both islands and we traveled over by boat and stayed at his grandmother's house on lopez. They always had a big group of hunters with uncles, cousins and kids and lots of hanging deer. I haven't hunted on the islands since but I have great memories of those days.

Ok we need some updates for the last 5 years. You're 17 now and no buck pics since you were 12. Have you been holding out on us Littledog?  BTW, that was a dandy one for sure.
