2 days in counting until we load up and head out for the Saturday opener for elk! :IBCOOL: Hows it looking up 1701 road outside of Naches?? We are hoping for some weather this year but not holding my breath. Good luck to you all.

Been a bit of logging in there the last few years.  I haven't been up that road this year so maybe someone can chime in on the log truck activity, if any.
Look man, some times you just gotta roll the dice

Non stop flow of trailers heading up to set camps yesterday!  As always, you will have LOTS of company!

We set up camp and cut firewood there yesterday. All the same camps are there. Pretty Cool moved back to there normal spot. Other similar camps in normal spots as last year. It snowed last night. I'll be up on Friday afternoon. Hoping for some snow.

It isn't bad. It was graded in the spring. No controlled burning up there this year. If you have any other questions, pm me.

I was chasing white up there this year and it wasn't snow. Oh man, you saying I can't road hunt once in awhile...I don't think my kids can keep up if I took them on the hikes.
