I have one at my off-grid cabin.  It does work but the airflow is a bit weak.

I am basically just looking to heat one of the vestibules on my tent a little better.

Well I looked at them. But then went with a 20.00 battery operated 12 inch fan from K mart. My reason, sometimes it is hot in a tent.
So I can use it for cooling or moving heat. Two speeds.

Better option I thought.

Used one all last week in a wall tent and it worked good to move the heat around and doesn't need batteries

I have one in my cabin and loved it so much I got one for my wall tent, works like a million bucks and keeps the tent warmer longer by keeping all the corners warm with the moving air.  Highly recommend it.  Good price you found also.
Pain is temporary, achieving the goal is worth it.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.

Use one every year. I would say it definitely works. We have roughly a 15x40' footprint to our tent. The back quarter (our small wall tent attached) does get cold still but our woodstove is generally parked at one end. We haven't got smart enough to switch things up and have our woodstove centrally located. I would recommend for a lightweight powerless fan. Who wants to bring a battery or run the generator all night!

I had one in the wall tent on the stove just to push the air around in the tent.
