Where would you hunt?

hey guys got a question for the plethora of individuals on this forum. if you could buy acreage for the purpose of hunting from it (not on it) where would it be? talking specifically for deer season and possibly waterfowl. i currently hunt the twisp/methow area during deer season and I am looking to make an investment in the next couple years on some land. the twisp/methow area seems very expensive for empty land, would like to stay in eastern washington. so where would you buy? taking into consideration 1. deer population 2. price   thanks!
