Seeking Turkey Feathers
« on: October 29, 2015, 04:30:39 PM »
All, I am new to this board and hope this is the right place for this question.

I am an avid fly angler and tier in the Tacoma area. One of my most successful flies requires the use of wild turkey breast feathers. Is there anyone on this board who would be willing to trade feathers for some hand made flies?

Are hen feathers OK?  There might be more of them dropping during the fall season than toms.  I'm not turkey hunting though.

Welcome to the site.

TAG. I'll be in contact if I can get one here late fall. I'll have to check the closet too, I know I used to have a few gallon bags of them... Don't know if they stayed during the last move.
