Trapperguy22 and Bigshooter's 2015 - 16 trapping season
« on: October 31, 2015, 08:03:50 AM »
It's almost here.  I don't think we will be setting any traps until late November or early December but I'm starting to get excited.

Seeing a lot of dead fur on the roads.   :yike:  I seen two yotes, half dozen coon and a beaver.
I seen two dead mink on the road the last two weeks right where I trap.
Damn .......I'm down two mink and I didn't even start yet.

After hearing from my buyer that 'rats were going to go for 3 to 4 bucks for fully primed skins, I think I'll walleye fish most of November.

Everytime I bring up poor rat prices to trapperguy22 I have to listen to him tell me about how many 1000's of rats he has sold for .25  cents when he lived in WI.  So 3 or 4 dollars a rat makes him drool.

Never did set any traps.  To much rain.  But that all changes tomorrow.  Going to get some out.

Super slow start but you gotta love it when you get an otter.  Trapperguy22 with our first otter of the year.
