I have a moose hide that has been in my freeze for 3 years will it still be useable? Is there someone local that would be willing to look at it and let me know if it is useable? I'm in Whatcom county

Shouldn't be a problem if you plan to do hair off tanning. It will need to be rehydrated, fleshed, de-haired before tanning any way.

The hide will be fine, you can do what ever you want with it. even if skin side is out might be a little freezer burned but isn't an issue really. just a little extra work. good luck
