I literally have a truck load of antlers from those units one may be close 280-290 7pt if all the points weren't broken and the other side matched. Here's some pics. The other 5x6 matched set 250". I have a few more 250 ish and several 220-240.

That 80's photo is a classic crowned St. Helens bull.  Another thing I've noticed living and working on the mtn is that st. Helens bulls have a "twist" at the top which you can see in the last picture posted.  Driving around looking at horns on barns you can spot the St. Helens twist.  Elk were never extirpated from the hoffstadt creek area--and the Elks clubs in longview would go there to get their elk meat for dinners in the early teens (according to old Cowlitz Co. Advocate newspapers).  My gramps (now 92) got a nice bull up Hoffstadt the first year legal hunting re-allowed. Still its only a big five and might barely make 300.
