Spring Business Meeting Camp out

Spring Business Meeting / Camp out
I was asked by the Board of Director if I could find a place for us for our Spring Business Meeting.
Ya I know spring
holy cows that is a long way off.
So here what we are thinking. WSTA President and Board are thinking maybe we should just have a get together weekend and sit around the campfire and just enjoy the weekend and get to know our members better. So we're thinking lets pick a place maybe were we could maybe do some fishing and just have a good time. We're not going to do demos or anything that we do at our rendezvous. We're thinking we would hold the spring business meeting at the same time hopping that more members would attend. I would think the meeting would only be 4-5 hours long if that.
So I am going to start looking for a place somewhere in the middle of our beautiful state of Washington. I was thinking maybe somewhere around Cle Elum or maybe Moses Lake. So my question is: how many would go? The reason I'm asking is if I had a rough idea of how many people than I know how big of a place to look for. Would you bring a camping trailer or use a tent? If you bring a trailer or RV do you need hook ups or could you rough it for a weekend?
Let me here from you. I think I have a nice place for us over by Moses Lake at a campground but its a small campground and I think it only holds 15-20 camp sights. But if you bring a tent we could get a lot of tents in one area. We are also looking at a nice campground over in the Cle Elum area too.

As long as the work schedule cooperates I would attend. I could bring the camper or I could tent it. I am flexible.

Any tentative dates? Cle Elum area would be nice, plus it's pretty centrally located.

Nothing yet but we usually have the Spring Business meeting on the second weekend in May.
Our fiscal year ends in April so we have that date to allow the Treasurer a little time to get ready.

I've been looking for a place and I'm getting closer to having it. "But"
I need to know ...................... I've heard from a few of you, just how many are going to plan on attending ?
If I knew it would help me in the place I find for us.
Are we talking 20 ~ 50 ~ 100 people ?
I would sure like to hear from you
