Late season archery plans.

With the deer tag notched in September, I'll be headed out close to home in pursuit of a big fat cow.

My brother and I are headed to the coast for some Roosie/BT hunting. Hoping to notch our first elk tags!

Sitting here at home taking care of the wife. So I get to wait and hope to here from my son and buddy if they get a deer down tomorrow

Heading out to the 505 or 520 for one last chance at some late season elk. Thanksgiving weekend will be scouting/hunting and the next weekend will be all hunting 😃

Looks like the weather on the West side will be cold and clear for the late opener.  We borrowed my parents trailer and will be camped out for 4 nights.  Looking forward to my first actual late archery hunt.  Find cows, get close.  That easy right?  lol

Ill be taking my bow out for elk locally starting thanksgiving morning.  Probably sleep in the bed of my truck on the mountain.  Good times

Are you using Weyerhaeuser permits to access? It's been a few years since I've hunted that area...before they closed it down to permit only. Is there much public land to hunt?

Yeah I have the WY permit but there is DNR and port blakely in certain spots. I saw `more elk and less people on non-wy property during the rifle season funny how that works.
