I don't know if it's convenient or not, but if you can make it into the Federal Way Sportsman's Warehouse tomorrow (Sunday) I'll take you back to the lane, and let you play with the Samik Sage.
I thought you retired old man... ?

I stayed on part-time, so I could keep my discount.   :chuckle:

I have a 45lb Samic Sage. Bought it at riverside archery in Mount Vernon. They had several poundage's to choose from and i got to shot them to see what i wanted... I shoot LH. It was a few years ago but i got bow, half doz arrows arm guard and glove out the door under $230
Was that you shooting 60 yards off the platform on #2 @ silver arrow last Sunday evening? A guy told me he was shooting a sage and drilled the 10 ring.

No not me. I mostly shoot a compound but like taking the recurve out from time to time.

In archery we have something like the way of the superior man. When the archer misses the center of the target, he turns round and seeks for the cause of his failure in himself.

How's the bow shooting?! And if you haven't gotten one yet, Martin Jaguar Elite. Make sure it's the elite. ILF compatible limb sockets, rounded rest, all the holes needed to add on every gadget a spaceman could want. And it's a magnesium riser, super lightweight. Had one I used as a keep in the rig bow and killed a number of bunnies and squirrels and 1 hog. Shot a 285 round of 30- 3D with it too. Lovely bow for the price. I need another to pack along when my selfbow is too bulky.
May my presence go unnoticed, may my shot be true, may the blood trail be short.

Amen

Are you still looking for a bow? I was thinking about selling my Bear Bruin II recurve (58" #50) with a shooting glove and a 6-arrow quiver from 3riversarchery for $125. Can't go wrong with a Bear for traditional archery.
