Too late for Muzzle Loader Deer License?

I have a tag for Modern Rifle, but wanted to do late season Muzzle Loader this year. Over at http://wdfw.wa.gov/licensing/hunting.html don't see the option to buy a tag for Muzzle Loader late season. Figure my Modern Rifle Tag does not cover it.

Is it correct to say "Too Late?".

That is correct.

Put in for multi-season next year?

Unless you get the multi season, you can only hunt one weapon's season.  If you had no deer license yet, you would be able to buy the ML one even though the season is in progress.
