Nuisance Beavers In Kittitas County

Have a problem with beaver that keep plugging a small culvert which floofs a buddies property and rsks washing out a road during heavy rain. Anyone interested in removing the problem?
If not, any suggestions?

I actually live here in Ellensburg and have a friend who traps beaver I'm sure he would like too take them. Where at is the problem?
