Yakistan quail
« on: November 27, 2015, 05:18:18 PM »
The cold weather really had the birds in mega coveys today. The new pup has become an outstanding partner, upland and ducks. The fire in him is just amazing. We found many coveys today and will enjoy another great shoot tomorrow.

I'm a big fan of the bearded dogs.

Finished the trip with another limit of quail and a bonus rooster. The wife and daughter went along for the Saturday hunt and witnessed the dog performing so awsome as he busted up a mega covey of over 100 quail. We had so many birds out in the open sage it was rridiculous.

Nice.

If you open your photo in Paint, you can resize and rotate your photo.  Just be sure to save as a different name or you will lose your original. Sometimes there can be problems uploading un-resized photos, plus they just take up more room on the server.

Good looking dog. And yeah, ain't it fun finding quail in the sage?!?

That's a WPG right?

I wonder sometimes, but he is actually a registered GWP. Even speaks Deutsch!

That's funny. I've mistaken a lot of Germans for griffons. And I'm around a griff every week....girlfriend has one.
