Grinding our harvest for the year

First time as an adult doing it. I did a bunch of reading, the meat looks great.
We did a his and her station last night and ended up packaging 60 1lb packages of meat.

Just a suggestion:

They make food grade trash bags  (liners)
I quit using regular trash bags when I found out some of them use odor controlling chemical coatings and other not so safe plastics that can leach into your food.
Some bags are coated with Deet and other insecticides   

I'm not sure how big a deal this is but someone told me when I was using trash bags to brine lot's of meat


Might check a cash and carry store, look for clear garbage bags with the food safe label

I like the 3rd picture with the required process lubrication close at hand...

That is allot of meat to process, well done!  I like the packaging too.  Vac sealers work so good for this.
