Awesome buck.  It looks like more deductions than that but I'm no expert.  Congrats to the hunter.

Who cares how he got it....he spent his money hunting the way he likes to hunt...maybe he's a busy guy and doesn't have the time to scout like alot of us do...me personally I like to spend the time and money to scout and hike myself but to each his own....its a great deer no matter what...congrats Dan

Haters gotta hate.  >:( The Jicarilla is not a high fence hunt, it's an Indian Reservation and a big one at that. By bashing this guy for using a guide, you are bashing everyone who uses a guide. Every non resident who hunts in Canada is required to hire a guide. Are they all bad hunters because they use a guide? I think not. I don't know this guy so I can't ( I wouldn't anyway) judge him. If I were a rich man that is exactly what I would be doing every year, one dream hunt after another. If I wasn't hunting then I would be spending my money on fishing trips.

That is a great buck. I would love to shoot one like it. Sure there are bigger bucks out there, but this thread is about this deer. If you want to show off bigger deer then start your own thread.

Thanks to the OP for sharing.

Awesome buck and congrats. There seems to be some jealousy in a previous post. Its his choice how he wants to spend HIS money and how he chooses to hunt legally. Enough with the negative attack better to just make no comment.

Who cares.

I get it the guy buys big deer year after year. It doesn't mean he is a good hunter or outdoorsman. I have more respect for a hunt on an OTC public land DIY Muley doe more than this 200" buck. Just my opinion.

I buy tags and use guides all the time you have to hunt where the big ones live, and that cost money.   >:(

I visited the Jicarilla reservation in the late 80s. Back then a trophy elk hunt cost around $5000. I couldn't fathom anyone spending that much on an elk hunt. ;)

The experience of simply being there was incredible, and I suspect Agnew understands that.

Being on the reservation does not guarantee a large animal.

Congratulations to Mr. Agnew on a very nice animal.

If that is how you feel, why bother posting on this thread?
