Congrats on the moose. Yes you have to love colville we stayed at Bennys carried my  rifle into the hotel room, no swat team! Four moose quarters spread out in the bed of the pick.up, one up on top of the tool-box seemed to be no problem :o

Congratulations on your moose.  Don't forget you can can some of it as well.  Canning will tenderize the meat.

Dude, that's a great moose! Cool story too! I was lucky enough to have shot a moose as well and I gotta say, it's my favorite thing to eat of any thing I've taken. I did a lot of my larger cuts of moose in the slow-cooker, and it was always amazing. I had no idea how much meat there would be! I filled my freezer in the house, and then had to quickly run to Sears and buy a new 2nd freezer.. That one was completely full as well! ( there was a bunch of caribou sausage too), but damn was there a lot of moose! Congrats again and nice job! Sounds like yall had a good time!

I missed the story.  The car wash is hilarious and a great idea.  I butchered a deer hanging it in a tree behind a hotel in WY once, but then again, that was WY, not WA.  :chuckle:

That's because you took all the pictures.  :chuckle:  I still can't believe I forgot my camera.  :bash:  might not have been the outcome we dreamed of but it was still a lot of fun and good memories were made!

As soon as I find my wifes camera I will load up more pics. Yes Glen, there should be pics of you on there.
