IWB and pant size

For those of you that carry IWB, did you have to go up a waist size on your pants?

Yeah, because of the IWB. That's it.

Yep. 1.5-2" for a mid sized semi auto. I used to do IWB in Seattle a lot. I do mostly OWB now.

In seriousness, it depends on the firearm, holster, and your existing pants.  I prefer loose fitting pants, so I don't up the size to IWB.  I just have a little less room, which is not even that noticeable, because I have to cinch my belt appropriately.

Nope, same size for me. I carry AIWB though, you might have to go up a size if you wear tight pants and carry on the hip.

Impossible
To hunt and butcher an animal is to recognize that meat is not some abstract form of protein that springs into existence tightly wrapped in cellophane and styrofoam.

I carry a Glock IWB and don't have to change sizes as previously stated I cinch em up with a belt. If you prefer skinny jeans you may need to get bigger pants or a purse...

Yeah go up a size and it will be a bit more comfortable. of course this also depends on gun thickness as well. I hear the new single stack 9's are really nice for that.
