I'm not a big fan of limb driven rests, but they do have a loyal following. It is important to set this rest up with a bit more delayed fall out. As with all arch or angled movement rests you can get yourself into a position of pounding your head against the wall until you learn to delay the action enough. But once you do it is a more than adequate rest.
Is it worth $130? Hell No!!! But then again there are few good rests worth the outrageous prices that are being asked for them. My favorite rest in the limb driven category is $170
(AAE). So I guess you could call the Limb Driver a bargain.
