Pheasants for Training

Is there anywhere on the west side or central Washington where you can buy pheasants and take them with you to release on your own for training? I know there are several of the ranches that will release them for you, but I would rather set the birds myself.

Feed stores who sell chickens can get chick's. I don't know about full grown birds.
