Here's another moose for you from a "friend" in Montana.  He scores it at about 162.
54.5 inches wide

Bone, I ran into one of those big boys hunting whitetails out there. He had a cow and calf with him.

I'm pretty much sold at getting a tag in the open country for them.  That would be a kick.  Everywhee I hunt them you can see 20 feet at best. Do you think it could have been this bull you saw?  He is not forgettable thats for sure.

I think he has made the cover twice in the last couple years.  He is a deer and elk killing machine.  He killed a 400 inch class elk over in Montana and was in there.  He may have been in there for his deer as well.  He ALWAYS gets a bruiser.  He has a very understanding wife.  He hunted the strip last year but didn't do so well.
