I keep an eye out for inappropriate pictures but to tell the truth I rarely see anything posted I have a problem with. The few I have not liked were really fine but needed an explanation.
A common problem has been people posting a fish in a trap. There is nothing wrong with something like that if it is made known that it was released. Something like that can be viewed negatively by someone uninformed about trapping.
As for a nice catch picture the person that will complain about it is never going to like trapping. Those pictures do spark a lot of interest in trapping. Witness all those Alaska Shows and Mountain man shows. Been a tremendous amount of people decide to get involved in trapping since those came out and they show some of the most inappropriate things. Makes me cringe sometimes.
So post away I say.

Got another nice Tom this morning until I got to looking at him and noticed a large scar on his back.
The scar has been healing for a while,it looks fresh but actually feels like leather.
My guess is he was hit by a car,he was trapped 50yds off a county rd.

Nice catch.  To bad about the hide.

Nice catch.  To bad about the hide.

The girlfriend wants a bobcat vest so the hide will get tanned and used.

That's a bummer.  Atleast it's not useless

Well here ya go.  These little stinkers ate a hind quarter of a beaver in one night out of one of my cat sets so I doubled up on em.  Nice big male and a small female
