Michelle Nelson...... Bad business

I got my first black bear closing day of modern elk season 2013. I did some looking around and reading for a good taxi. Decided to take it to Michelle Nelson. She was going to make me a wall mount rug and clean the skull for separate display. She said right up front that it would be 18 months. She contacted me about a year later and said my skull was done. I went and picked it up and gave her a check for more $ towards my bear rug. at that time she said she he my hide back but hadn't started the rug yet.

To date it has been 2 years 2 months. A bit past her 18month estimation. Since November of 2015 I have called 7 times. All 7 calls I left a message. Today my message basically said "you have till Friday to call me back and tell me what's up with my $$ and my bear or I'm going to camp out in your driveway until we can talk face to face."

Am I wrong here? Anybody have a better way of contacting her? Anyone had contact with her recently?
