Hope this goes nowhere. So tired of everything being about assult weapons and guns. I wish they would learn that guns don't kill people, people do enough of that on their own without guns. How about we ban cars way more idiots running around with those, talk about a weapon. 2013 results were almost the same with cars exceeding guns nationally.

And here is the other major fact, most firearm fatalities are self inflicted whereas vehical fatalities usually involve other parties and not just the operator! CDC and Wa health department stats.

I am open to buying any and all "assault weapons" for pennies on the dollar. Hit me up if you are selling one! I will make my offer and pay ffl if you agree!

Let is pray that is correct. The Cultural Marxists are powerful these days, and WA has plenty in office.

Moeller is running for Lt. Gov. and just looking for some Seattle press coverage.

Keep the pressure on, you never know when nonsense like this will gain traction - particularly when the gov will spend public money lobbying for it and Microsoft Millions show up as well.

High capacity is > 10 rounds (virtually every full size 9mm & 40 made) and assault is semi auto w/any size detachable magazine + one scary but irrelevant feature.

Existing high cap magazines are grandfathered, presumably you would have to somehow prove when you bought them.  You could only sell either to a dealer or face felony charges (no exemption for out of state sales).

The bill's sponsor is Moeller from Vancouver.
