If we can kill it here we can kill it any where. Everyone should be talking and posting to every forum and person you can. The lion needs to awake and bit them hard in the rear.
So they never try this again.

It's funny they think these bans are doing something when really it's just making people go out and buy as many guns as possible. Even people who have never owned a gun before

I'm with you but where can you go that this crap wont follow.

Idaho... I've been throwing the idea around for a while myself. I can transfer tomorrow if I want which is a nice option.
I think there are a few states that will resist for a while, Idaho being one.  But once the populated states have conditioned their voters long enough, the House will have a different outlook on what subjects they can/can't breach and the storm will come from the feds.  I just don't see certain states as ever being happy with minding their own, like California wanting to change the gun laws of Arizona and Nevada or Illinois constantly blaming Indiana.

Not if the National ban passes Idaho wont be safe.

Does anyone know if this only affects assault rifles? What about semi-automatic hunting rifles? I'm assuming it's only rifles with plastic stocks and pistol grips, or high capacity magazines.

I tried reading it but it's too long.  :yike:

It is trying to define assault rifles/weapons.  If your hunting rifle meets the definition that is being added, then it would be affected.  Sounds like the Remington 81 for example (semi-auto, detachable magazine, barrel shroud), possibly the modified model 8 and FN 1900.  M-1 carbine because of the handguard.
Shotguns that are semi auto with a tube that can take more than five, or have a tube extension that gives more than five.  A person that owns a tube extension for a pump wouldn't be allowed to own a semi-auto or the extension if it fits the semi auto.  Someone correct where I'm mistaken.

Where I work Obama's latest exec orders have already sold guns to first timers. I was there to help of course and got them to an intro to handguns class. Next round of people will be going soon.

Organize "first time shooter nights" at ranges that offer intro classes. I fill classes all the time with different groups from work. That is how I stick it to the man.

I tried reading it but it's too long.  :yike:

I read the national ban, and my Ruger Mini 30 was not considered an assault rifle. Which I don't understand the difference between a Mini 30 and an Ak. They shoot the same bullet. Ak just looks scarier.

Lack of a pistol grip.

I emailed the whole legislature today. Have gotten a few replies back so far. All in opposition to HB2354.

Funny how I never hear from the pro's...
