I also like the Ranier's and they are a WA product made in Fife. I like to keep it local if at all possible

Wes Sage has the best prices.   All the others are good bullets, but the OP wants affordable plinking.

For decent quality at the best price, Extreme and Rainier are your bullets. As posted above Rainier is local and great guys, also Wes Sage is a awesome resource and I buy quite a Extremes from him also.
  Berrys was mentioned a couple of times and have used them in the past, they are good but can't find the same deals as the other two.
