HSM, Berry's, Oregon Trail Laser Cast... there's lots fairly cheap stuff out there.

Montana Gold Bullets - great quality and you can't beat the price.

how about the Ranier leadsafe? I see they are almost half price of Montana gold.. And a little less than Berrys.

I also like the Ranier's and they are a WA product made in Fife. I like to keep it local if at all possible  :twocents:

Wes Sage has the best prices. :chuckle:  All the others are good bullets, but the OP wants affordable plinking.

Here's an example, 1000ct 9mm Xtreme 124gr RN bullets + 1000ct tumbled mixed 9mm brass $115 tyd

For decent quality at the best price, Extreme and Rainier are your bullets. As posted above Rainier is local and great guys, also Wes Sage is a awesome resource and I buy quite a Extremes from him also.
Berrys was mentioned a couple of times and have used them in the past, they are good but can't find the same deals as the other two.

They were giving out free samples last year if you would like to try some. I'm guessing they will be doing the same this year.

Also there emails get old but if you sign up with them. They have 5% off and sale emails pretty much every day.

They won't lead your barrel.  They won't smoke like lead with fast burning powders (Titegroup).  They don't have a lube groove which gives you more surface area on the rifling and no "dent" in the case like you would have with a lube grooved cast bullet.  They are very, very accurate.  Much less finicky then plated bullets and way cheaper then Montana Gold.  They also take less powder then plated and Montana Gold to get to the same power factor.

Berry's and Rainier are what I use.

If you anywhere near Bend, OR you buy some seconds from Nosler.
Progressives are coming for your guns.
What are you going to do?

Well me, I do not have any guns, gave away or sold them 15 years ago.
