Just talk to a heavy smoker. When they go to Idaho to get a few cartons of cigarettes, give them some money to get you a case of 5.56. Problem solved.

So that stuff I always buy locally.But how much would the actual tax be according to the way this bill is written? I don't know. If it's a nickel per container of powder, that's nothing. But what would it be for primers? A nickel for each primer? Or a nickel per box of 100?
