I see WY updated there website saying draw results will be post tomorrow at 10 am mst.  And refunds should show up on cc by March 4th.

go to the state auditor's website. look up your name. I'm seeing refunds in the $550 range (bull refund) tags from 2/23/16. I didn't find my name on the list, which means...I should be hunting elk. I can't give you a 100% guarantee, but hey, it's close

bottom left corner "vendor payments" then put in your last name "Scott" as an example (that's mine) and then put 2/1/16 for the start date and you'll see a bunch of names...Look under fish and wildlife and see if yours pops up.
