did seem a little odd.  Hopefully that will get fixed.

It is because of the state gambling laws.   You can not sell raffle tickets online.  You can pay for them via mail or at the door.  Lots of non profits are learning this.

Check was cashed, got an e-mail confirming purchase.  Not sure if they were going to snail mail back a confirmation or not.
