Feeding turkeys

I'm going to bring a friend some feed for his turkey feeder. Cracked corn, wheat, barley...any whole grain that's good for turkeys.
Can anybody tell me where is the best/least expensive place is to buy this kind of thing.
The country store...any feed store?
I live in skagit county.
