Just got my bird back from my taxidermist. It has been a long 2 years waiting but either way he did a great job. I scored it and it came out overall #4 just have not got it submitted. 5 beards on him helps a lot! Well all that being said enjoy!

What do they even measure on a turkey for the book? I didn't even know there was a turkey book.

A great bird! 5 beards is simply awesome, congrads on the #4 bird in the state. That's a beautifull Tom, bet he got and whooped a lot of tail in his day.

Number 4 in the state.....2 years to get it back........5 beards...... you say enjoy...... yet only one picture

. That is certainly a beautiful bird but let's see what makes him special

Congrats on a magnificent bird but something like that deserves a solid write up and at least 4-10 picutres for us all to

5 Beards!!!!!! Wow! I've never shot a multiple beard bird. Did you see all the beards before you shot, Or walk up to one heck of a surprise? Side question, how rare are they? 1 in 100?

I plan on mounting a Tom someday in the fanned out strut position. Can you tell me how tall, wide that thing is?
I am in the stages of planning my man room and want to save a space for a Big Tom and would like to have a idea.

What a beautiful bird. I love all the separation between the beards. Sometimes they are stacked so close they look like a big clump.
