I'd shoot him rifle no worries.  It's a lot of gut to get through with an arrow but lacing through the liver with a good broadhead and I don't think that bull makes the timberline.
Shoot a Savora, you'll be fine  8)

I'd already be firing up the whisperlite for tenderloins.  That's how I have killed two of my last three bucks with a trad bow.  Trick is to drop from 150 to at least 40
