I will not say who told me or how I know the person. This deer was killed in British Columbia and at a high fence hunt. This is sad to see it made our record book with no proof it was shot here. The guy must have taken a old tag and used it. That's all I'm going to say about it.

There's way more hunters out there every year that kill big bucks and find big sheds in Washington that keep it to themselves and close friends than are ever posted on the internet. By a loooooong margin.

So we finally have some answers. A new Washington state record! Non-typical whitetail, scored 246 2/8. Taken by Buddy Hughes in Asotin County, 2013. I'm surprised this Buck remained under the radar for this long! Awesome deer! Congrats to the hunter!
