Animal Cage Traps -Bobcat - Raccoon - Beaver - Otter - Muskrat
« on: January 30, 2016, 08:29:31 PM »
These are my Bobcat/raccoon live cage traps I built for this season. They are 12x18x36 with sliding ring cage locks and conibear triggers with an out-to-in swinging, spring powered door. Painted in Rustleum black and green.

Also have Beaver/Otter/Muskrat swim thru cage traps
They are 10x12x36 with conibear trigger with in-to-out swinging door
They are properly painted with Rustoleum to protect from the inevitable rust from being in water constantly.

$120 a piece
If you want four or more then It's $100 a piece
If you want ten  or more you can have them for $90 a piece

I don't have paypal. Money order or cash only
I will usually go as far east as Olympia if someone wants to buy several of them
I can also ship them for $20 a piece anywhere in the state
Call at 360-288-2253 or text at 360-580-8653 or PM me

The sliding ring door locks are simple but very effective of keeping the door closed once the spring shuts it and the conibear trigger is a tried and true way of triggering the door that does really well in rain/snow and below freezing temps. I made several different cages a few years ago using a pan style trigger and although I caught animals with it, there were several times it had froze over and let animals in to get the bait without triggering. Not to mention times where it snowed and the weight of the snow triggered the pan and who knows what animals I missed. That's why I've went to conibears on all my cages since.

Now is the best time of the season for cat trapping. They are hungrier and more apt to go after bait inside a cage. Caught this one last week.

I should mention that these live traps are civet cat proof. And by that I mean if a civet cat trips the trigger, there is enough room for him to squeeze out the door. Then once you figure out its a civet, you can set up a skunk trap to avoid getting sprayed.

Added my new swim thru cages. They are priced the same as the live traps.

I have some new double door cages finally built. They are 12x18x48 with same features of the single door traps. These would probably work good for a blind set on some of those well used small game trails down grown up roads.
$160 each.

I've dropped prices on all my cages. I don't plan to build anymore cages til summer so these prices are for what I have made right now.
Single door 12x18x36 cat traps are $100 a piece or $90 a piece if you buy four or more. I have ten of these right now.
Double door 12x18x48cat trap is $140. I only have one of these made right now.
Double door 10x12x36 swim thru drown set trap is $100. Only one of these left.
If you want several cages, I'll make you deal. Let me know.

I am also getting my PayPal account all figured out so that will make payment much easier than snail mail.
