What's toughest lock box for trail cams?

What's everyone's opinion on the best lock box value (best for your money)  And also just the flat our toughest, thief proof trail cam lock box on the market?

Not the bushnell one, bad.  My covert box saved my camera last fall from a guy that tried hard to break it open.  I have a homemade one a buddy at work made, probably 1/4 " steel welded together, heavy as crap but no one is breaking into it.  I put two bolt cutter proof locks on the face of it.  Good thread, I hope we get some good examples!  Very curious myself.

Go on EBAY and look at the different boxes. It depends on the manufacturer. I have one that fits my Bushnell that is made of 1/4 steel that's as tough as hell. But they are only as tough as the lock you lock it with. If there's a chance someone will cut the bolt with bolt cutters buy a lock they can't cut.

Yes, the lock is very important!  Don't bother with the cable locks, I found out they suck. The a hole used an old elk bone and twisted the cable till it pulled out from the lock.

that is the best way to go, drill three holes in the back and lag bolt the sucker to the tree!!

I've got a few homebrew boxes that I'm pretty sure you'd need explosives to access my cameras.

Get one from Custom1enterprises, you will not be disappointed.

I had one from camlockbox.com and it could have been opened easily with a flathead screwdriver.

I use the HD boxes from Cam lock box. Nothing cheap/ wimpy about their HD boxes.

For those that have built their own..... if the style is not top secret, and you wouldn't mind, I would love to see a picture of your homemade boxes.

I have welded all of mine, basically close to the bushnell style, just stronger with an attached hinged lid. A theif will need a chainsaw and/or climbing ability to steal mine.

Knock, your box looks good, but your lock will get cut easily by dirt bags.  They do carry bolt cutters with them, I bet they carry a few tools with them anticipating a camera to steel.  I use a lock that you can't get bolt cutters on.  I will try to post a pick.

I use cable & pad locks to deter those who get lucky and see my cams. Majority of people walk right by and never see them.......most forest users do not spend much time looking up high.  or pack a ladder with them. *Knock on wood*....never had one stolen yet.
