cheap new bow strings
« on: November 04, 2015, 01:55:38 PM »
Yeah, I know this topic has been posted millions of times, but here goes.
So this is my first bow it's 6 years old there are no string lengths on it, so I'd have to take it to a shop for that part, and I don't have much money to spend on it right now. Are there any places in snohomish county that I can get a new set of strings for well under 100 bucks?

You might give cory at xxx archery a call. He is in Rainer Oregon but he can ship you set of strings for your bow. I have shot many strings and his g strings are the best there is!

Closest places to you are van winkles in everett, nock point  off I5 near the king snoho border or come up to riverside archery in mount vernon. They have lots of stock string or can custom make them in house.

In archery we have something like the way of the superior man. When the archer misses the center of the target, he turns round and seeks for the cause of his failure in himself.

I had a shop restring my bow and serve in a peep, d loop and silencers for around that $100 mark

This is the string manufacturer I went with, very happy with them but I'm not a professional level archery dude by any means.  I just know there was very little stretch, the peep didn't rotate within a week and they aren't fraying 3 years later.  I got the Dakota pre stretched string in my choice of colors
