If it doesn't involve a fryer and Frank's, they aren't wings.  Everything else is chicken with some kind of sauce.

Ingredients

2 1/2 lbs. chicken wing pieces
1/2 cup FRANK'S RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
    1/3 cup butter,melted

Directions

Deep fry wings for 12 minutes at 375

COMBINE Frank's RedHot Sauce and butter in bowl.

TOSS wings in sauce to coat completely. Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.

Toss in seasoned flour (1 cup) mixed with one half cup of cornstarch.  Beat 3 eggs with a little water (1/4 cup or so), mix a bowl of Panko breadcrumbs and your seasoning of choice.

Dredge, egg wash, crumb then allow to sit on a rack for 5-6 min.

Fry in oil at 325 degrees until golden brown and cooked through.

Toss in Frank's and melted butter if you want

Or go 1/2 cup teriyaki, 1/2 tablespoon minced ginger and garlic, 1 tablespoon lime juice.  Toss in sesame seeds after.

Lightly season the wings/legs/drummies and bake. Remove from the oven and have several bowls of whatever flavors suit everybody's desire. Toss to coat. Put back in the oven for 10 minutes. Everybody's happy.

Nothing special here. Grill up about 3 lbs. 1/3 gets tossed in Franks red hot, 1/3 gets tossed in sweet and spicy chile sauce, 1/3 gets tossed in a teryaki sauce. All wings are good.

 :yeah:

Sweet & spicy chili is one of my favorites. Also mccormics original hot wings is a good one.

I know this is late but....
Deep fry your wings, use Red Devil and a dash of Italian dressing. shake them up , and make sure they are dripping soaked. Another favorite, use less Red Devil, and add Sweet Baby rays BBQ sauce. So good!! If you don't have sauce all over your face after wing one, add more sauce.

Grill them using charcoal. Season with salt and pepper. Get a charcoal BBQ good and hot 350 or so then put them shut the lid open the vents and check in 5 minutes. Start checking them. Them the skin is done the wing should kinda pop right off grill. If it's stuck it's not ready to flip. Cook both sides. Throw them in a bowl with favorite hot sauce or bbq sauce toss them around abit. The amount of sauce should be just a light, but full coat on all the wings.

I put them in the oven on a baking rack. The skin comes out crispy, the chicken still juicy.

I like fried food as much as the next guy, but it's no good for you.  :chuckle:

Mine are a bit different.  Soak 3-4 lbs of the largest whole wings you can find (3-4/lb) in a pint of apple cider vinegar, 2 TBSP salt (I like Real Salt Sea Salt), and half a bottle of Vampire Hot Sauce (6oz).  Drain and allow to dry on a rack 30-60 minutes until no longer wet (slightly damp is fine).  Grill over low heat for 60 minutes, turning occasionally.  Start checking every 10 minutes after 60, wings are done when the outer half of the wing tip snaps off and is completely crisp.  Toss with the rest of the Vampire hot sauce, and serve with ice cold cheap lager.  Sweating, lips burning deliciousness!
As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.

I did them 2 ways.  First sauce was some Crystals (It makes Franks taste like nothing), a few splashes of my homemade Habenero sauce, some butter and a teaspoon or so of cane vinegar.  Second was Yoshidas, butter and some Crystals.  Deep fry wings hot (375) until golden brown.  Let rest for a few minutes on paper towels and slobber on the sauce, the more the better.

I steam mine first for about 10 minutes then let them cool off and stick them in the oven for 22 min. really crispy outside and moist chicken on the inside. then toss in your favorite sauce I use a Polynesian bbq sauce i picked up in Leavenworth.

I tried a slightly different twist on them over the weekend.  I fried the wings as usual.  For the sauce I used some of the green Tabasco Jalapeno sauce, some Myanic green habanero sauce and some butter.  They were really tasty.  I called them Emerald Wings.
