I'm hoping to get out there Sunday for a day trip and too shoot the course that day probably for fun, but am also slightly interested in the competition. Have never shot a competition before, could be down, interested in the cost between the two.

For those that have been to the Idaho shoot is there lots of room for tent camping? Bringing the wife and kids.

Lots of camping about 5 minutes away on the lake. Gotta book a spot early though because they usually get pretty full. It's cheap and good camp grounds

You have any links or anything?  Or are you talking about camping at the state park?

This is what I used before. Right off the NWMC website.

Camping is available on site for rv/tent in the RV lot. Free. Otherwise nearest lodging is going to be Leavenworth or nearby forest service campgrounds. I just sent the information over to be put up on the website. Should be in the next couple days.

Correction there is lodging in Sky 16 miles away

Yeah you're right. There will be link up for "eastside" & "westside" lodging. I didn't read up on the westside stuff too much.

So can you reserve a camp spot at stevens? I see it says camping is available.

I think stevens is just opening one of the parking lot areas for camping. It will probably be first come first served kinda thing.  I booked a spot at the state park for the Idaho shoot.

No reservations. Just show up and grab a spot.
