There's some good event info on a recent Hunt Backcountry Podcast (episode 33)

Also will there be places to camp or sleep the night.
Will do. I have a meeting up at Stevens pass on Thursday. I will confirm camping. As of right now there will be a lot open for rvs and tents.

Awesome! These shoots are so much fun.

One important thing to remember for this year, as it's new. You MUST pre register if you are shooting for money so you can be flighted prior to the event.

If you're just shooting for fun with your buddies you don't have to worry about it.

Cool.  I shoot to train for the hunt, so not worried about money

Completely new to this 3D shoot deal but want to start giving them a try. This one finally fits the schedule and has the plus of being able to see the Full Draw movie on Saturday night.  I'm thinking this is a stupid question but I want to ask before going.

My wife enjoys archery and shoots a recurve.  I shoot a compound for hunting.  If we both shoot the bowhunter course and are not interest in the prize money are we able to shoot the course at the same time?  I would hate to drive to this deal and find out the main event for the weekend we get separated out into groups and don't get to shoot the course together.

Thanks

July 22-24... sounds interesting.
In archery we have something like the way of the superior man. When the archer misses the center of the target, he turns round and seeks for the cause of his failure in himself.

Agreed.  I just found this, and am trying to put together a bus of tourists to participate.
