Alaskan moose are huge. I have been to alaska once and we stopped somewhere outside of anchorage where they had a bunch of different animals and i stood next to one that was on the other side of a fence. They definitely make you feel small.

Don't get it twisted, our Washington moose are pretty big too, especially when they are chasing you down a service road and all you have for defense is a camera............huh Pope

There big, ornery and pretty unpredictable too...I've been chased by a cows at my grandparents property in AK.
