So I called the number, pretty sure I dialed correctly, and the woman with the husky voice was very nice. She told me I could come on down and get my "special permit" but it would cost me. Not sure if this is legit have any of you guys had to go to a hotel and pay for your "special permit"?? Seems kind odd for the WDFW don't you think?

If it was a guy I expect he encouraged you to use the back door?
He asked, Do you ever give a short simple answer?  I replied, "Nope."
