The tag was $1,600, airfare $220, hotel $320, car rental $300, it adds up quick! I did not get to go, I was but stuff(WORK) came up, I regret it now!

For not much more you can go to South Africa and do the same.  Looks like a nice cow, congrats!   In many cases, the cows have more impressive horns.  They are typically longer and blacker in color.  Bulls are heavier and shorter, with a bit stockier build.

I agree with your cow assessment, though on the hoof, bet its hard.  I wonder if there is much body difference.

A Cows horns will also flair out at the tips or curve back. A Bulls neck is heavier.
