DO NOT buy a Leopold or any other scope with a 36 mm. 40 mm or bigger. I'd go straight to the Vortex Diamondback. Also, a scope with an A/O is a PITA, unless you have a lot of time to adjust it to get it clear to see out of it.

I've got a Viper HS-T 4-16x44 and its awesome. When I bought the scope throughout all the research I did, it seems like the advantage of a larger objective doesn't really outweigh the cost or actual weight.
