Rainbow trout on Potholes

Anybody have success with trout fishing on potholes? What's the best method?

Drag bottom walkers with crawlers just as you are walleye fishing and catch both.

one method that works is a needlefish trolled about 20 feet down over off of Medicare Beach at about 2 mph.
