When seems to be the dates of the peak breeding season for eastern Washington?

All dependent on the weather and many other factors. Like elevation etc etc. Could be anywhere from Mid March through end of May. I saw birds mating the other day. But they will not be fertile till they reach, ( I believe ) 11 hours of sunlight. Which is usually the top breading sessions.
